Not resolved

After being with Onerpm for nearly 12 months without any problems what so ever, we discover one day that all our labels music has been removed without any prior warnings or emails. After eventually getting a reply from Onerpm (which took nearly 48 hours) they simply said we had violated their terms and conditions, no explantion what terms and conditions we had violated and how.

We asked for more information and how to resolve the matter but they said it was not up for discussion. So we had 50 albums simply removed from all stores without explanation, we dont even know if we will get the substantial (approx £5k+) that we will be owed in royalties.

So yeah...incredibly unprofessional, has pretty much ruined our label and reputation, our artists are not happy either as you can imagine. Onerpm....i hope you go out of business.
