I have been with OneRPM for 4 years. Until recently, they were fine.

However, with my last few releases, the have required repetative identification verification, and with my most recent release, denied me all together after making me wait TWO MONTHS to hear back. The customer service is horrible, and the recent overhaul in user interface is even worse than the original website. RIP One RPM i recommend that NO ONE uses this service any more.

It is frankly indecent to send an email that says that a customer will receive a reply within 24 hours, and then to not email back until the customer contacts 9 days after, only to still have 3 days before responding. Hopefully I will be done with OneRPM and moving my releases elsewhere.

Wow that's awful! Not surprising though, they're a lazy, sleazy company who does this nonsense on purpose.

Sometimes it takes sending them SEVERAL emails to get a reply about one topic. Hopefully you can get all your music off there and go somewhere else.
